Jade’s Caviar Crepe Recipe

Crepes with Cavirar

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oat flour (or 1.5 cup flour)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Some Butter for the frying pan

How to:

 

  • Use a blender to mixed all ingredients. Alternatively if you do not have a blender mix all wet ingredients together in a bowl, then all dry ingredients in a bowl and slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until fully combined (use a whisk)
  • Heat a frying pan with a tsp of butter on medium heat and pour a very thin layer across the bottom of the pan. Swirl the pan around to make sure it spreads evenly

 

  • Cook for 2 mins until slightly brown and flip using a spatular to cook the other side until slightly brown.
  • Take off heat, put onto a plate and cook the next crepe. After every 2 crepes, add half a teaspoon of butter or frying spray to keep crepes from sticking to the pan
  • Once they have all been cooked, and the sour cream & caviar and enjoy!
